We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive our expansion in Greece. This role involves conducting in-depth market research to identify potential business clients across various industries. You will be responsible for approaching and engaging these clients through diverse channels such as outbound calls, social media, and networking. Your ability to deliver effective sales pitches and maintain strong client relationships is essential. You will negotiate contracts, work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, CEO, and various team members, ensuring alignment of strategies and client satisfaction. This position requires implementing our company’s sales strategy and actively contributing to our growth. Regular travel within Greece to meet clients and attend industry events is also expected.


  • Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients in various industries within Greece.
  • Approach and engage potential clients through various channels, including new leads, outbound calls, existing relationships, promotional events, networking, and social media.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer, CEO, and other team members for strategy alignment.
  • Implement and adapt the company’s sales strategy for market growth.
  • Travel within Greece for client meetings, industry events, and professional development.
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and strategy effectiveness.
  • Work to maximize sales and meet quotas, aiming for both short-term wins and long-term growth objectives.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in business development or sales is advantageous, but not a necessity.
  • Strong grasp of business development practices with a keenness to contribute to growth.
  • Basic skills in prospecting and social selling, and familiarity with customer outreach.
  • Proficiency in using Hubspot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with a positive, proactive approach.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to support expansion activities.
  • Team player, able to collaborate effectively and follow guidance from senior members.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for continuous learning and development in commercial development.


  • Proven track record in developing new business and client relationship management.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and experience in closing deals.
  • Proficient in advanced CRM tools and sales software, adaptable to new technologies.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, both in preparing materials and delivering them.
  • Advanced analytical abilities for effective market analysis and strategy formulation.
  • Independent work ethic, complemented by collaborative teamwork skills.
  • Keen interest in staying abreast of industry trends and market changes.
  • Creative problem-solving capabilities and innovative approach to growth strategies.
  • Innovative thinking, bringing fresh and creative solutions to business challenges.
