The Customer Success Manager at PRAN is vital for linking our clients with our cutting-edge digital solutions. This role is tasked with managing the delivery of projects like corporate websites, e-commerce, web design, web development, and branding while also nurturing client relationships. It requires a mix of project management, strategic insight, and relationship-building skills to meet client needs with customized solutions that propel their business forward. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with the Design, Development, and Sales team and report directly to our CEO.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main contact for clients, ensuring productive relationships are maintained
  • Oversee project delivery from start to finish, ensuring timeliness, adherence to scope, and budget management
  • Understand and align project plans with client business objectives
  • Establish and monitor project KPIs, reporting on progress and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Stay updated on digital technology trends to enhance PRAN’s offerings
  • Lead and collaborate with teams to ensure project success
  • Promote continuous learning and adaptation to new challenges

Requirements

  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in Customer Success
  • Experience within a Regional/Global book of business
  • Experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
  • Fluency in English is required. Swedish and Greek language skills are considered a plus
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a thorough understanding of digital platforms
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp, Asana, or similar platforms will be highly appreciated

Qualifications

  • Proven Account or Project Management expertise in the digital services sector
  • Portfolio demonstrating successful digital project delivery
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, tools, and practices
  • Skill in data analysis and performance metrics
  • Leadership ability with a focus on team collaboration and performance
  • You have experience working in a remote team
  • You have experience working at a high-growth start-up or scale-up
